ACCREDITATIONS : Accrediting Bodies

AB1 are an accredited test centre for National Tests in Literacy & Numeracy and have direct claim status for National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ's).

AB1 are an accredited test centre for Entry Level 3 National Tests in Literacy & Numeracy.

AB1 Group Limited were delighted to have achieved accreditation from Matrix in June 2007. The Matrix standard is the highly respected quality standard for information, advice and guidance services and is fast becoming a mandatory requirement of the national network of stakeholders within the educational sector. A full copy of the Matrix Assessment Report is a 'Commercial in Confidence document' and is available to stakeholders only upon written request.

Clients using the service said:

The Matrix Assessor noted from interviews with clients that information and advice was imparted in a manner consistent with the Matrix standard and received many expressions of satisfaction. During the Assessment, the Assessor also noted the impartiality on finding the best solution to issues or queries for the clients.

"In terms of delivery, they are undoubtedly amongst the best in the area. What impresses us is their enthusiasm to try new things and when we ask for a variation they are always quick to respond and deliver what's needed".

The above comments, feedback and observations are taken from the Matrix Assessment Report for the Assessment of AB1 Group Limited and its associated company Sector Skills Service Limited undertaken on the 18th - 19th June 2007.

Christine Smart of EMQC Ltd awarded the Matrix standard and recommended that AB1 Group Limited consider in twelve months putting the company forward for an Award in Excellence.
